"Had them for car insurance. The girl who works here is great; I don't mind her at all. I mind Chance. If I ever have to call for something and he answers the phone, I know that I'm doomed. He wastes my time trying to upsell me other insurance that I don't want or need, and he can't seem to take a hint. I've been married now for a few years, and decided to finally let them know that my last name has changed. I've been putting it off because I dread having to call and taking the risk that Chance will answer the phone. Luckily, the girl answered and she got it all settled for me, quickly and without hassle. Lo and behold, here I get an email from Chance that now he needs my husband's information, and he wants to discuss 'possible savings'. Yeah, I've been trapped in that conversation before, no thanks. Then I get an email that since I didn't give him my husband's information, they are going to drop me from the policy! Are you kidding? I have had insurance with them for at least 10 years, if not more! I've been married for a couple of years now, and we have been fine without my husband's information. You don't need my husband's information all of a sudden. He has his own car and his own insurance! So, after today they are dropping me from the insurance policy, but that's okay because I'm switching to my husband's insurance company, who doesn't put us through all of this needless hassle, never traps us on the phone in an attempt to upsell anything, has never demanded my information even though we are married now, and has never threatened to drop me if we don't give them my information."
